Code of Ethics
Companions and their clients must treat each other with respect and professionalism. Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Consent:
Companions and their clients have the right to set boundaries and may decline interactions at any time.

No Sexual Content:
Companions and their clients are strictly prohibited from engaging in any sexually suggestive conversations, sharing explicit content, or engaging in any form of sexual solicitation. 

No Harassment:
Companions and their clients must not engage in any form of harassment or bullying.

Confidentiality:
Companions must respect the privacy of users and not share any personal information or conversations with third parties. Conversations and interactions are to remain confidential.

Photo Authenticity:
To ensure trust and authenticity on our platform, companions must use real photos that accurately represent themselves. Fake or AI-generated images won’t be approved. We may enhance your photo with AI for better quality, but it must still be you. Before connecting with a paying client, you may be asked to verify your identity with an additional photo or a selfie.

Emotional Boundaries:
Companions and their clients must recognize and respect emotional boundaries. They should not pressure users into sharing more personal information or engaging in interactions beyond the user’s comfort level.

Age Verification:
Companions must be at least 21 years old to offer companionship services.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to purchase companionship services.

No Medical Advice:
Companions and their clients must refrain from offering medical, psychological, or professional advice. Clients are encouraged to seek help from qualified professionals for such matters.

Reporting Mechanism:
Companions and their clients must flag any inappropriate behavior and direct user concerns to our support team.

Moderation Compliance:
Companions and their clients must adhere to the platform’s content moderation guidelines. Offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content may result in plan cancellation and account termination.

Platform Payment Policy:
All companionship services and tips must be transacted through our web platform or booked directly with our HeyU Hotline. Any attempts to solicit payments directly from clients outside of our platform will result in immediate termination of your account

You will receive 100% of your tips after we deduct credit card processing and transfer fees.

Dispute Resolution:
In case of any disputes between companions and clients, please report the issue to our support team. We will investigate and mediate to resolve the matter fairly.

Training and Support:
We offer training and support to help companions adhere to these guidelines and excel in their roles. Please contact us for any assistance needed.

Platform Usage:
All Companions and their clients must use the platform for its intended purpose of offering companionship and emotional support, rather than for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activities.

Platform Liability Waiver:
By utilizing our platform, you acknowledge and agree that the services provided by you are for entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties or representations regarding the quality or outcome of any interactions facilitated through our platform. Companions are solely responsible for their engagement with their clients.

Our platform bears no liability for any dissatisfaction with services rendered or outcomes of interactions.

Refund Policy:
Clients are eligible for refunds within the initial 24-hour period.

Companions will not receive payment if their client cancels within the initial 24 hours.

Zero Tolerance Policy for Inappropriate Conduct:

If you engage in sexually suggestive conversations or send inappropriate messages to your clients, your account will be terminated immediately, and you will be permanently banned from our platform.
